This website is intended for the promotion, information and distribution of Scriptum software, an AI-powered writing tool for novelists developed under the Scriptum brand. Sales and subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (authorised reseller), as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, source code, software, screenshots and any other material, is the property of Juan Manuel Cuenca Navarro or its legitimate licensors, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of this website is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the owner.
The trademarks "Scriptum", "Aura AI" and their associated logos are trademarks of Juan Manuel Cuenca Navarro. Their use without authorisation is expressly prohibited.
3.1 Third-party software and open-source licences
Scriptum incorporates third-party components distributed under permissive open-source licences (SIL Open Font License 1.1, MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, MPL 2.0 and CC BY 4.0), the intellectual property of which belongs to their respective authors.
The typefaces available for document export are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (and, in one case, Apache 2.0), which expressly permits their embedding in documents generated by the user, including works intended for commercial publication.
The full list of components, versions, licences and copyright holders is available in the THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md file included with the software.
These licences apply solely to the third-party components referred to above; the remainder of the software, the brand and the content remain the property of the owner as stated earlier in this section.
4. Terms of use
Access to this website grants the visitor the status of user, who accepts, from such access, these conditions. The user undertakes to:
